Job summary

Dell Technologies is seeking an experienced Project Manager to serve as the bridge between what is sold and delivered for our customers. You will orchestrate end-to-end deployments on-site in data centers, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes aligned to contracted scope.

You will travel to Nordic/Iceland sites, manage multiple deployment workstreams, and act as the trusted advisor coordinating delivery, risk, and stakeholder communication. English plus a Nordic language are required.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in project or program management within technology services, IT infrastructure deployment, or data center operations.
• Exceptional communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills for onsite leadership.
• Willingness to travel frequently to EMEA data center sites (Nordics/Iceland).
• Experience managing multiple deployment workstreams with scope, schedule, cost, and quality trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Travel regularly to customer data center sites to lead deployment activities including GPU and network rack installations.
• Serve as onsite point of contact for deployment status, risk escalation, and issue resolution across logistics, installation, and construction readiness.
• Proactively identify out-of-scope requests and facilitate formal change requests with approvals.
• Deploy predictive risk insights to protect delivery timelines and customer confidence.
• Provide daily and shift-level reporting to program leadership and surface opportunities for additional Dell Technologies solutions.
• Embrace AI-driven tools to improve delivery methodologies and stakeholder coordination across multi-workstream deployments.
• Fluent in English and one Nordic language (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish).
