Secomea, Copenhagen (Nordhavn) — Hybrid, English language used in daily work, seeks a Senior Product Manager to own identity and access across our portfolio from discovery to adoption. You will decide what to build, why, and how to measure success for securing industrial remote access.

You will report to the Director of Product Management and collaborate with a small team of product managers, UX designers and researchers to deliver secure, compliant solutions across edge hardware and cloud

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in product management with a substantial part on a B2B SaaS product.
• Product experience with identity and access management, e.g. SSO, provisioning, permissions or approvals.
• Ownership of business cases or revenue targets and decisions that moved metrics.
• Comfort with analyzing data and presenting findings to engineering, sales and leadership.
• Excellent writing and ability to argue cases with evidence.

Aufgaben

• Own discovery for your area by talking to buyers and users to translate learning into clear problem statements and outcomes.
• Plan and manage an 18–36 month roadmap aligned to customer outcomes and business metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering to define scope, criteria and timelines; own the what and why.
• Balance new capabilities with live deployments, plan end-of-life and migration paths for legacy products.
• Define KPIs (adoption, retention, time-to-value) and use feedback to decide next steps.
• Prepare product input for go-to-market, including what changes, for whom and why it matters.
