We are looking for a Senior IAM Architect – Sailpoint to join our Identity & Access Management (IAM) team operating in Denmark.

The IAM team

Identity & Access Management (IAM) is a strategically important service area at Truesec, where we help our customers design, implement, and operate secure and scalable identity solutions across complex hybrid and cloud environments. We work closely with our customers’ security, IT, and business teams, delivering IAM services spanning Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Zero Trust architectures.

The Role

You act as a trusted advisor to customers, support delivery teams with architectural guidance, and contribute to the continuous evolution of Truesecs IAM services.

What You’ll Do

• Own and design end-to-end IAM architectures across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments
• Define architecture principles, standards, and best practices within IAM
• Lead and support implementations within Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and modern authentication/authorization and federation
• Translate business and security requirements into practical, secure technical designsFacilitate customer dialogue, workshops, and architectural decision-making
• Mentor and coach IAM engineers through knowledge sharing, reviews, and hands‑on guidance
• Contribute to presales activities, solution scoping, and architectural input in proposals
• Collaborate with Information Security on risk assessments, controls, and compliance
• Stay on top of IAM trends, vendors, and emerging technologies to evolve our services

Your Potential Background

• Extensive experience in IAM engineering and architecture (typically 7-10+ years)
• Proven experience designing complex IAM solutions in enterprise environments
• Strong expertise in IGA platforms such as SailPoint, Omada, or similar
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and related identity services
• Strong understanding of authentication and authorization (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML)
• Knowledge of role and access models (RBAC/ABAC) and identity lifecycle (joiner/mover/leaver)
• Experience working with compliance and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, NIS2)
• Ability to balance hands‑on technical work with architectural and strategic responsibilities
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with both technical teams and senior stakeholders
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, CISM) are a plus, but not required
