Job summary

PLANT SUPERVISION in Denmark seeks a Planner to act as a central sparring partner for project management. You will develop, update, and optimize the project schedule in Primavera P6 and MS Project in collaboration with the client’s project lead, ensuring progress tracking and risk mitigation.

You will monitor schedules across multiple projects, manage dependencies, report to management, and contribute to OPC implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management or a related technical discipline from an accredited institution.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in project planning and scheduling with Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Certification in Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling tool preferred; willing to travel domestically; fluent in Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain detailed schedules in Primavera OPC and MS Project
• Monitor progress in close collaboration with project managers and technical leads
• Identify dependencies, risks, and deviations and implement corrective actions
• Validate and follow up on schedules from suppliers and partners
• Prepare status and progress reports for management and other stakeholders
• Conduct risk assessments, what-if analyses, and baseline management
• Ensure quality and consistency in structure and data through an integrated approach
• Contribute to the implementation of OPC in other projects as needed

Required Education

Required Experience

Minimum 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in project planning and scheduling, with demonstrable expertise in Primavera OPC and MS Project. Proven track record of managing multi-level schedules (Level 1–3), conducting risk analyses, baseline control, and producing stakeholder reports.

Additional Requirements

Certification in Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling tool preferred. Willingness to travel domestically as required. Fluent in Danish and English, both written and verbal.
