Job summary

Sisk Group in Denmark is seeking a Lead Planner to head the planning function, ensuring programmes meet project objectives and delivery milestones. You will mentor planning teams and integrate planning with design, procurement and construction to drive safe, efficient execution.

The role requires extensive experience in planning large-scale construction projects and proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project, with a focus on risk, governance and stakeholder reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Construction, Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven experience in planning complex construction projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop project programmes across all phases.
• Monitor progress, assess risks and implement mitigations.
• Provide reports, dashboards and change impact analyses.
• Collaborate with project teams, clients and subcontractors to align planning.
