Plant Supervision is seeking a Planner to act as the central scheduling partner across projects, developing and optimizing schedules in Primavera OPC and MS Project. You will ensure progress tracking, risk mitigation, and effective resource allocation while supporting OPC implementation in other projects.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields and 3–5 years of hands-on planning experience with Primavera P6 and MS Project.
The Planner serves as a central sparring partner for project management, ensuring progress, transparency, and effective control across diverse stakeholders. They develop, update, and optimize the project schedule in Primavera OPC and MS Project in collaboration with the client’s project lead. The Planner ensures schedules support progress tracking, risk mitigation, and resource allocation while forming a solid basis for follow-up and reporting. They may also contribute to OPC implementation in other projects.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management or a related technical discipline from an accredited institution.
Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in project planning and scheduling, with demonstrable expertise in Primavera OPC and MS Project. Proven track record of managing multi-level schedules (Level 1–3), conducting risk analyses, baseline control, and producing stakeholder reports.
Certification in Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling tool preferred. Willingness to travel domestically as required. Fluent in Danish and English, both written and verbal.
