Job summary

NRL is seeking an experienced Lead Planner for major data centre projects in Denmark. Based in Copenhagen, you will manage complex construction programmes across the full lifecycle, driving delivery, improving efficiency and ensuring quality outcomes.

You will lead planning with Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, and 4D BIM integrations, while mentoring junior planners and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in construction planning on large-scale builds or data centre projects.
• Strong understanding of UK and EU contract frameworks.
• Expert knowledge of Primavera P6 and Asta Powerproject.
• Ability to analyse complex data and provide clear reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage baseline and target construction programmes using Primavera P6 and other planning tools.
• Prepare and update procurement and design schedules, ensuring supply chain integration.
• Lead programme planning during pre-construction and construction phases.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Produce regular progress reports, change impact assessments and as-built programmes.
• Use 4D planning tools to illustrate build sequences and construction methodologies.
• Support contractual assessments (FIDIC, NEC, JCT) with programme data.
• Mentor and develop assistant planners in best programme management practices.
