Job summary

Sisk is seeking a Lead Planner to drive planning across large-scale Denmark projects. You will develop and maintain programmes, coordinate with design, commercial and construction teams, and ensure milestones are met.

Reporting to the Regional Planning Manager, you’ll guide planning teams and support risk management and resource planning. Strong skills in Primavera P6 or MS Project, plus excellent communication, are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction, Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven experience in planning complex construction projects.
• Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project or similar.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update project programmes across all phases, incl. pre-construction, procurement and construction.
• Coordinate with project teams to identify critical paths, dependencies and milestones.
• Monitor programme progress, identify delays or risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Produce programme reports, dashboards and metrics for stakeholders.
• Lead planning teams and mentor junior planners.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and contractual obligations.
