Qualifications

• Experience applying Six Sigma or similar process-improvement methods.
• Strong data governance and controls experience.
• Ability to translate requirements into scalable processes and workflows.
• Experience with HR systems and automation initiatives.
• Familiarity with HRSD platforms (ServiceNow HRSD) and HR data quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead scalable design and improvement of People Operations and Payroll processes.
• Establish governance standards, control requirements and audit-ready evidence.
• Own strategic requirements for HR systems, translating needs into design, testing and adoption plans.
• Identify opportunities for automation and robotics in partnership with GBS.
• Drive continuous improvement using KPIs and stakeholder feedback.
• Lead change management and handover to business ownership.
