Description du poste

Do you enjoy turning complex process and operational data into meaningful improvements? And would you like to help build a more connected, data-driven way of monitoring and improving global processes?

As our new Senior Specialist, Global Process Monitoring, you will help make the health of our global Order-to-Cash processes visible, measurable and actionable. You will work across functions and regions to identify systemic issues, uncover their root causes and ensure that sustainable improvements are implemented at the source, rather than repeatedly resolving the same symptoms.

Your role

Joining Global Operations Excellence, you will take ownership of global process monitoring, bringing together insights from local process-monitoring teams across our Distribution Centres.

Through regular end-to-end monitoring, you will transform process and ERP data into early warnings, actionable insights and clear improvement priorities. With a global overview of process performance and bottlenecks, you will help ensure that the right issues receive the right attention from Distribution Centres, Global Process Owners and other key stakeholders.

You will work closely with colleagues across Operations, Application Management, Master Data, Global Business Services, Data & Analytics, Digital & Technology and Finance. You will also help identify opportunities where analytics, data and AI-enabled capabilities can improve operational performance and create measurable business value.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the global process-monitoring approach, incorporating insights from local teams across our Distribution Centres.
  • Proactively identify issues and improvement opportunities throughout the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process.
  • Turn process and ERP data into early warnings, root-cause insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Govern and prioritise the global issue-resolution backlog together with Global Process Owners and Distribution Centres.
  • Drive alignment across regions, Distribution Centres and global functions to support continuous process improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for AI-enabled process optimisation.
  • Build strong partnerships across Operations, Data & Analytics, and Digital & Technology.
  • Support the adoption of increasingly data-driven and AI-enabled ways of working across Operation.
What you bring

You combine a strong analytical mindset with the ability to influence, collaborate and create progress across functions. You are comfortable navigating complex processes and can translate data and operational insights into clear priorities and sustainable improvements.

We imagine that you have:
  • Approximately three to five years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • Experience within analytics, performance management, process improvement or operational excellence.
  • A strong understanding of KPI frameworks, business-performance measurement and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience working across multiple operational functions, ideally within an international or global environment.
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and establish alignment across teams and functions.
  • An understanding of modern analytics, data governance and AI-enabled business capabilities.
  • A bachelor’s degree within Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Analytics, Data Management or a related discipline.
  • Experience working with reporting and analytics platforms, together with strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
Your personal qualities

You are curious, proactive and motivated by solving problems at their source. You approach challenges with a strategic and analytical mindset, while remaining collaborative and approachable in your work with others.

You communicate complex topics clearly, make considered decisions and maintain momentum across different stakeholder groups. Most importantly, you bring a continuous-improvement mindset and a genuine interest in how data, technology and AI can contribute to better business processes
