Job summary

Nordea is seeking a Senior Payments Proposition & Go-to-Market Expert to own end-to-end commercial effort across the Nordics. You will frame opportunities, derive customer insights, design propositions, build business cases and lead launches with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and profitability.

You will influence senior stakeholders, shape roadmaps and define success metrics for revenue, adoption and customer value in a fast-evolving payments landscape.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in the financing business within payments, cash management or trade area.
• Proven track record of creating customer-led value propositions and taking complex B2B/B2C offerings to market.
• Strong understanding of corporate payment needs, market positioning and adoption drivers.

Responsibilities

• Drive development of differentiated, evidence-based value propositions for payments, cash management and trade.
• Translate market dynamics into clear commercial choices and strategic playbooks.
• Design and execute Nordic go-to-market strategies including pricing, packaging, and launch.
• Build robust business cases with revenue, adoption and profitability metrics.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Sales, Strategy, Tech and customer units.
• Shape product and portfolio priorities to reflect demand and go-to-market needs.
• Develop executive-level recommendations and compelling narratives for complex topics.
• Track market performance and refine propositions post-launch using data insights.
