Job summary

Systematic Aarhus seeks a Portfolio & Capacity Manager to govern the IT portfolio, make capacity visible, and ensure commitments match available resources. You will be close to top leadership, shaping the portfolio’s visibility and delivery outcomes.

The role requires hands-on experience with Excel/Power BI, PMO governance, and strong communication with senior stakeholders. Hybrid work from Aarhus with occasional Copenhagen presence is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in PMO/portfolio governance within IT.
• Strong data analysis and ability to present to leadership.
• Proficiency with Excel and Power BI; Jira is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own live overview of work assignments and capacity.
• Assess new project requests with EA and Director.
• Onboard new project managers into governance model.
• Support handover from planning to delivery and operations.
• Prepare decision-ready material for steering committee.
