The role focuses on building a robust planning setup, aligning demand with supply, and contributing to a balanced end-to-end process. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, with English and Danish fluency recommended.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience with forecasting processes and demand planning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for quality and continuous improvement of demand forecasts with focus on accuracy and bias reduction.
• Act as central link between Sales, Category, and Supply Planning to ensure a transparent demand plan.
• Drive forecasting processes and demand reviews, translating market activities into a reliable demand signal.
• Contribute to weekly S&OE forums to align short-term execution with priorities.
• Own monthly demand reviews as part of S&OP to support long-term outlooks.
• Identify forecast risks and mitigate to maintain service levels.
• Develop and maintain demand planning tools, reports and KPIs.
• Conduct scenario planning to assess impact of demand changes.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning processes and best practices across markets.
• Support planning activities across the team including Master Planning for end-to-end balance.
