Trackunit is seeking a Senior Monetization Operations Manager to own the end-to-end usage-based billing flow. You’ll align pricing, usage data, and invoices across Product, Engineering, Data, Finance, Revenue & Billing.

This senior individual contributor role offers ownership with flexible hybrid work and remote options across Denmark, Germany and the Netherlands. Join us to shape scalable monetization in a fast-growing SaaS company.

Qualifications

• Experience running or improving usage-based monetization operations and related platforms.
• Ability to trace data through multiple systems and identify root causes.
• Experience configuring products, price plans, and usage rules prior to release.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve monetization operations with clear processes and escalation paths.
• Ensure new products and pricing plans are set up, tested, and released correctly.
• Track full flow from usage to invoice and flag risks early.
• Create checks to catch missing or incorrect data before billing.
• Collaborate with Finance and Revenue & Billing to ensure invoicing readiness.
• Translate business rules into system configurations and workflows.
• Lead investigations across teams to fix root causes of issues.
• Improve usage capture and data movement between systems.
• Develop dashboards, documentation, and control records for operators.
