Trackunit is rapidly expanding its monetization capabilities as it shifts to usage-based pricing. We seek a senior Monetization Operations Manager who will own end-to-end processes, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Data, Finance and RevOps.

The role offers ownership without direct management responsibilities, with hybrid work options across Denmark, Germany, and the Netherlands.

Qualifications

Hands-on monetization operations expert with systems and data fluency.
Able to create structure across a cross-functional environment.
Experience setting up and testing products, price plans, or usage rules.

Responsibilities

Build and improve monetization operations with clear processes and controls.
Ensure new products and pricing plans are set up, tested, approved, and released.
Monitor full flow from usage to invoice and identify risks early.
Implement checks to catch missing or incorrect data before invoicing.
Collaborate with Finance and Revenue to ensure data for invoicing and audits is reliable.
Translate business rules into system configurations and ways of working.
Lead investigations to fix root causes across teams.
Work with Product, Engineering, and Data to improve data capture and flow.
Create dashboards, instructions, and documentation for operations.
Identify recurring problems to automate and simplify processes.
Guide the Monetization Operations Specialist on priority work.
