Job summary
BearingPoint Denmark is seeking experienced Modern Work consultants to help Danish organisations adopt Microsoft 365, Copilot and AI-enabled ways of working.
You will bridge business ambition and practical adoption, identifying use cases, preparing employees, configuring and demonstrating solutions, and measuring value from pilot to enterprise rollout across Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Teams, SharePoint and Power Platform.
Qualifications
- Experience in Microsoft 365, Modern Work or digital workplace initiatives.
- Understanding of M365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, agents and AI-enabled productivity solutions.
- Experience facilitating workshops and engaging business stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business needs into practical solutions and adoption approaches.
- Understanding governance, security, compliance and responsible AI considerations.
- Strong consulting skills and commercial awareness.
- Fluent Danish and professional English language skills.

- Identify, prioritise and validate high-value Modern Work and Copilot use cases.
- Translate business challenges into practical technology-enabled improvements.
- Present recommendations to business and technology stakeholders.
- Articulate, demonstrate and work with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions.
- Design business scenarios, agents and workflow improvements.
- Support pilots, proofs of value and adoption initiatives.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers.
- Develop reusable assets, accelerators and delivery methodologies.
- Contribute to proposals, client conversations and market initiatives.
- Share lessons learned across BearingPoint's Microsoft community.

BearingPoint is expanding its Microsoft capabilities in Denmark. We are looking for experienced Modern Work consultants who can help clients move from isolated experiments and technology curiosity to practical adoption, improved productivity, better collaboration and measurable business value.
You will operate where people, process and technology meet. Your role is to bridge the gap between business ambition and practical adoption.
You will help organisations identify the right use cases, prepare employees for new ways of working, configure and demonstrate solutions, establish adoption approaches, measure value and support the journey from pilot to enterprise rollout.
You will work across Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform and related Microsoft technologies that support modern collaboration and productivity.
- Facilitate executive briefings, discovery sessions and business workshops.

- Help clients establish sustainable adoption models.
- Measure and communicate business outcomes.
- Gather user feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support governance, responsible AI and change management activities.
- Ensure technology adoption translates into measurable business impact.
- Develop reusable assets, accelerators and delivery methodologies.
- Contribute to proposals, client conversations and market initiatives.
- Share lessons learned across the wider BearingPoint Microsoft community.
- Help shape the future development of our Modern Work capability in Denmark.
- Take a visible role in building BearingPoint's Microsoft Modern Work capability in Denmark.
- Shape reusable workshops, adoption frameworks, governance approaches, use-case libraries and propositions.
- Help clients move from Copilot pilots and experimentation to scalable adoption and measurable outcomes.
- Combine business advisory, adoption, solution design and practical delivery.
- Build trusted client relationships while helping define the future direction of the Danish Microsoft practice.
- Draw on the expertise of more than 500 Microsoft professionals across BearingPoint's European organisation.

You do not need to be an expert in every technology listed below.
The foundations that matter most are:
- Experience in Microsoft 365, Modern Work or digital workplace initiatives.
- Understanding of M365, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, agents and AI-enabled productivity solutions.
- Experience facilitating workshops and engaging business stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business needs into practical solutions and adoption approaches.
- Understanding of governance, security, compliance and responsible AI considerations.
- Strong consulting skills, client building skills and commercial awareness.
- Fluent Danish and professional English language skills.
