Job summary

Kamstrup, an international technology company, invites a motivated student to join the Regulatory Compliance team for hands-on legal work in data protection, AI, cybersecurity, and technology law. You will support ongoing compliance tasks while gaining practical experience and responsibility.

As part of a collaborative team, you will learn how regulatory requirements shape business decisions and contribute to projects across the organisation. Fluency in English and Danish is required.

Qualifications

  • Currently studying law or business law and have completed at least the 5th semester.
  • Strong interest in data protection, regulatory compliance and digital legislation.
  • Able to conduct legal research and analyse complex information.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to deliver high-quality work.

Responsibilities

  • Perform legal research in data protection and digital regulation.
  • Assist with drafting and updating data processing agreements and compliance docs.
  • Support oversight of data processors and sub-processors for compliance.
  • Contribute to various regulatory matters based on team priorities and projects.

Here Is What The Job Entails

In this role, you will gain practical experience with digital regulation and regulatory compliance through hands-on legal tasks while supporting our Regulatory Compliance team. You will contribute to a wide range of legal and compliance activities that help ensure the organisation meets its regulatory obligations and supports responsible business practices.

  • Conducting legal research and information searches within data protection and other areas of digital regulation
  • Contributing to practical compliance activities, including preparing and maintaining legally required data protection documentation
  • Assisting in drafting, reviewing and updating data processing agreements and other compliance-related documentation
  • Supporting the ongoing oversight of data processors and sub-processors to help ensure compliance with applicable data protection requirements
  • Contributing to other legal and regulatory matters based on the team’s priorities and ongoing projects.

You will become part of our Regulatory Compliance team within the Commercial & Legal Services Department. Together, we help Kamstrup navigate legal and regulatory requirements while supporting the company’s strategic goals and international activities.   • Are currently studying law or business law and have completed at least the 5th semester of the degree
  • Have a strong interest in developing your knowledge of data protection, regulatory compliance and digital legislation
  • Are comfortable conducting legal research and analysing complex information
  • Pay attention to details and are committed to delivering high‑quality work
  • Communicate effectively and can collaborate and build strong relationships across different functions

As we are an international organization it is important that you are fluent in English and Danish.
