Job summary

Sensori is seeking a senior Mechanical QA/QC Lead to own quality assurance and control for all mechanical installations. You will establish the project quality plan, oversee FATs/SATs, lead audits of HVAC and piping, and drive NCR closure to ensure handover packages meet client and regulatory standards.

You will work with project managers, site teams, subcontractors and clients, reviewing method statements and commissioning docs while maintaining quality portals and records for turnover.

Qualifications

• Proven QA/QC experience on large-scale mechanical projects (HVAC, piping, chillers).
• Experience with FATs/SATs, NCRs and non-conformances.
• Knowledge of data centre mechanical infra and BMS integration.
• Familiar with site audits, documentation control and turnover packages.
• Proficient in MS Office and document control platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the project quality plan and ITPs.
• Plan FATs and SATs for mechanical equipment with witness points.
• Lead internal and external audits of mechanical installations.
• Review test packs, commissioning docs and as-built records.
• Manage the mechanical quality portal and document control system.
• Coach site teams on inspection requirements and right-first-time install.
