Zusammenfassung

IPS seeks a QA/QC Lead - Mission Critical to join our dedicated team at the office in Norway. You will develop, plan, manage, and administer project-specific QA/QC programs per IPS and client plans. Work with functional teams, contractors, and clients to ensure quality and compliance across all phases.

Responsibilities include developing inspection scripts, conducting onsite QC checks, training field staff, and managing QA/QC documentation and closeouts. Travel up to 100% may be required.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of Construction QA/QC management/inspections.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams.
• Familiar with Bluebeam Studio/Revu.
• Experience with SharePoint.
• Experience with file-sharing platforms.
• OSHA 10 and First Aid/CPR certification must be maintained during employment.
• Valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Aufgaben

• Develop QC inspection scripts aligned with QA/QC plans.
• Perform onsite QC inspections at factory, integrator, and site.
• Train project field staff on ETOP criteria.
• Ensure qualified staff are assigned to execute the plan.
• Manage QA/QC documentation, records, non-conformances, and closeouts.
• Publish quality reports and audits to senior management.
• Ensure corporate quality initiatives are achieved.
• Review startup documentation and validation readiness.
• Coordinate system walk downs and final inspections with C&Q teams.
• Ensure punch lists are closed and client sign-off achieved.
• Manage timely project closeout and turnover of QA/QC docs.
• Conduct routine inspections and audits of data center facilities.
• Monitor quality of construction and address deviations.
• Maintain inspection/test result records and reports.
• Stay informed about industry regulations and safety requirements.
• Troubleshoot data center equipment issues with relevant teams.
• Perform tests on data center systems (mechanical, electrical, fire/safety, security).
• Propose improvements for efficiency, safety, reliability.
• Maintain vendor relationships to ensure standards.
