IPS-Integrated Project Services seeks a QA/QC Lead - Mission Critical to join our team. You will develop and administer QA/QC programs across data center projects, perform onsite inspections, and coordinate with C&Q teams to ensure full compliance with standards. Travel up to 100% may be required.

You will train site teams, manage documentation, and report quality metrics to senior management while supporting IPS corporate quality initiatives and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; construction QA/QC management experience preferred.
• 5+ years of Construction QA/QC management/inspections.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Teams.
• Familiar with Bluebeam Studio/Revu and SharePoint.
• Must have OSHA 10 and First Aid/CPR certification; valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC programs per IPS/Client plans.
• Perform onsite QC inspections at factory, equipment integrator, and project site.
• Train field staff on ETOP criteria and implementation.
• Manage QA/QC documentation: testing, inspection, acceptance, non-conformances.
• Publish quality reports and ensure compliance with corporate QA initiatives.
• Identify quality problems and propose corrective actions; ensure system walkdowns and startup records are coordinated.
• Coordinate timely project closeout with QA/QC documents turnover.
• Ensure all safety and regulatory requirements are met.
