Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a senior QA/QC professional to lead quality management on large data center projects. You will coordinate with clients, contractors and consultants to ensure ITP compliance and project standards.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in construction, with 5 years in QC/commissioning, plus strong planning and documentation skills and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Min 10 years in construction with 5+ years in QC/ commissioning.
• Experience with construction scheduling and project management.
• Experience in managing a quality program.
• Background in data center or mission-critical projects is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Client's representative to meet quality requirements.
• Coordinate with Contractors and Consultants for QC alignment.
• Plan and allocate QC resources for on-site and off-site inspections.
• Perform audits/field inspections as requested by Client.
• Review ITP and checklists for compliance.
• Conduct site walks with Client/Consultant to verify quality.
• Recruit QC personnel as required and plan commissioning witnessing.
• Lead QAQC meetings weekly with Contractors and internal teams.
• Ensure quality dossiers are in Client documentation system.
• Validate or review As-built drawings generated by Contractors.
• Generate weekly QC and project quality reports.
