Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst based in Denmark to shape data-driven marketing investments. You will design budget allocation logic, develop LTV models, and build analytics frameworks to drive performance across products and channels.

In an international, remote-first setup, you will contribute to AI-powered analytics and translate insights into practical business rules for faster decision making.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with A/B testing and rigorous experimentation.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Solid knowledge of statistics and experimentation methods.
• Understanding of performance marketing economics and key metrics (LTV, CAC/CPA, ROAS).
• Ability to translate analytics into practical business rules.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets and Excel.
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Superset).
• English at B2 level or higher.
• Familiarity with Python for data analysis is a plus.
• Forecasting and optimization, Early LTV or predictive LTV valued.

Responsibilities

• Design high-level logic and models to allocate marketing budgets.
• Develop Early LTV metrics to support weekly decisions.
• Build frameworks for performance diagnostics across products and channels.
• Contribute to internal AI-based analytics tooling.
• Support the unified BI layer with metric definitions and data validation.
• Translate findings into actionable business rules and decisions.
