Job summary

IQVIA Copenhagen is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Value & Access Consulting, to join our Nordic team. You will lead client engagements, shape market access strategies, and guide health economics and payer evidence generation across Denmark and the Nordics.

In this senior, client-facing role, you will oversee cross-functional teams, drive evidence-based pricing and reimbursement plans, and contribute to the growth of IQVIA's Nordic Value & Access practice while mentoring colleagues.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in life sciences, consulting, market access, HTA, HEOR, pricing, or reimbursement.
• Strong expertise in the Denmark market access and payer environment.
• Experience in one or more Nordic markets is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic client engagements on market access, reimbursement, HTA, and pricing strategies.
• Lead and deliver high-quality consulting projects across Denmark and the Nordics.
• Mentor and develop colleagues while growing IQVIA's Nordic Value & Access offering.
