Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Principal in Health Economics, HTA, and Value & Access to lead advisory engagements for life sciences clients. You will shape evidence strategies and work with senior stakeholders to secure pricing, reimbursement, and market access globally.

The role emphasizes client satisfaction, business development, and cross‑functional collaboration. You will mentor teams, drive revenue targets, and contribute to thought leadership while staying current on payer trends and HTA

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in consulting, pharma or healthcare with HTA/HEOR focus.
• Proven ability to build relationships and develop HE/HTA solutions.
• Experience driving HQ/global deals and offerings development.
• Established network in pharma and payers.
• Strong understanding of payer evaluation processes.
• Commercial awareness of healthcare industries.
• Experience with market needs assessments and value propositions.
• Clear, concise communication with target audiences.
• Collaborative, global working mindset and mentoring ability.
