Job summary

IQVIA LLC in Copenhagen seeks a Principal in Health Economics and HTA to lead HE/HTA/V&A engagements for Nordic HQ clients, shaping evidence generation strategies and payer-ready value stories.

You will build trusted client relationships, drive project delivery and revenue, and mentor teams while leveraging IQVIA's global capabilities in data science and real-world evidence to improve patient access to innovative therapies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field with 10+ years in consulting/healthcare.
• Strong HTA/HEOR experience and payer insights.
• Proven ability to develop tailored HE/HTA solutions for life sciences.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver HE/HTA projects for Nordic HQ clients.
• Build trusted client relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Lead thought leadership and contribute to firm-building initiatives.
• Mentor and coach staff to advance capabilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Stay current on payer policies, HTA trends, and competition.
