Novo Nordisk A/S in Copenhagen seeks a Sr Consumer Access Manager who shapes how consumers access and afford obesity treatment across BA West. You will transform pricing, market insights and business cases to guide leadership and enable affiliates to act with confidence.

With experience in pharma pricing and GTn, you’ll drive access strategies, build robust business cases and manage cross‑market stakeholder relationships, reporting to the Associate Director, Market Access & Pricing, BA West.

Qualifications

• Degree or MBA in economics, finance, business administration or related discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in pharma pricing, OTC pricing, market access, commercial finance or business analytics.
• Demonstrated ability in pricing and analytics, understanding market dynamics, building business cases and managing GtN.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Business acumen and a problem-solving mindset for evolving business areas.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Drive obesity consumer access strategy and tactical plans across BA West, presenting opportunities, business cases and recommendations to BA West leadership.
• Act as a consumer price specialist, assessing Novo pricing impact on affordability, competitive positioning and access, and monitor prices in the obesity market.
• Build robust business cases using demand, price, volume, consumer, channel and financial assumptions, communicating risks and trade-offs.
• Lead GtN management in obesity, including scenario modelling, governance and reporting, in alignment with Finance and Commercial.
• Support launch planning and lifecycle management by identifying affordability, copay, channel and consumer-support considerations, and manage partner business case development including price mandates.
• Build consumer access analytics, tools and capabilities across affiliates, sharing insights and recommendations with stakeholders.
