Job summary

Systematic Aarhus is seeking a Senior Manager, Services to own day-to-day running and the commercial performance of the service contracts behind our mission-critical NSI software for major infrastructure customers. You will be the trusted point of contact, keeping operations stable around the clock while leading a skilled team and growing the service business.

Based in Aarhus, you will work with energy and utilities customers, shaping the service catalogue, defining budgets, and driving SLA

Qualifications

• Experience delivering or supporting software solutions and services, ideally in a customer-facing operations or hosting setup.
• Experience managing large, complex customer relationships and contracts
• People management experience is preferred
• A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or business administration
• Fluent English, spoken and written

Responsibilities

• Build close, trusted relationships with large customers through regular status and steering meetings
• Drive SLA and incident follow-up in close cooperation with our internal operations team
• Lead and develop a team of technical specialists
• Shape and grow the NSI service business together with sales, product management and product development
• Own P&L for individual service contracts, including budgets and forecasts

The job

As Senior Manager, Services, you will own the day-to-day running and commercial performance of the service contracts behind our mission-critical software product solutions for major infrastructure customers. You will be the customers’ trusted point of contact, responsible for keeping their software operations stable around the clock, while also leading a skilled team and taking a significant role in growing our service business.

In short, you can look forward to:

• Building close, trusted relationships with large customers through regular status and steering meetings
• Driving SLA and incident follow-up in close cooperation with our internal operations team
• Leading and developing a team of technical specialists
• Shaping and growing the NSI service business together with sales, product management and product development
• Owning P&L for individual service contracts, including budgets and forecasts

Joining the team

You will join a technically strong, tight-knit team based in Aarhus, anchored by an experienced architect who acts as technical lead and works directly with customers. The team also carries second- and third-line support and on-call duties, so reliability and trust run deep here.

NSI is still shaping and scaling its business, which means real influence: how we structure our service catalogue, how we work with customers, and how the team grows are all still being defined — and you will take part in defining them. You will work with customers across energy and utilities, with further growth expected towards police, emergency services and intelligence services.
