Job summary

Novo Nordisk Engineering (NNE) in Denmark seeks a Senior Manager for Engineering Systems to lead a team of 10 engineers and shape the future of the engineering software landscape. You will drive AI initiatives, digital transformation, and lifecycle management of licenses across Denmark and India.

You will partner with the VP area to assess market solutions, drive standardization, and accelerate adoption of AI-enabled technologies that boost productivity, quality, and business value.

Qualifications

• Degree in data science, engineering, information technology or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of experience in engineering systems, digital solutions or technology management.
• Experience managing software portfolios, vendors, licenses or enterprise applications.
• Experience leading teams and developing employees in a technical environment.
• Strong written and spoken English with global collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of engineers delivering engineering software and AI initiatives.
• Own software landscape from licenses, vendors to performance and lifecycle.
• Drive digital development by turning business needs into roadmaps and solutions.
• Coordinate across NNE and India to align, share knowledge and deliver globally.
• Champion AI and new tech to boost workflows, productivity, and business value.
