Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Senior Manager for M1 Fermentation and Recovery at the Kalundborg site. You will join a dynamic, world-facing API production unit that delivers APIs for patients globally and leads a diverse, skilled team across multiple shifts.

You will be responsible for leadership, continuous improvement, and ensuring quality and compliance while driving productivity and cost optimization. A strong background in GMP and LEAN is essential, with fluent English and Danish preferred.

Qualifications

• Have proven leadership experience.
• Preferably have experience with the production and/or development of pharmaceutical products.
• Preferably have experience in GMP-regulated areas and possess LEAN knowledge.
• Communicate fluently in English and Danish or have a willingness to learn it.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, Lead and develop your team, coach and train the employees to ensure the right composition of skills to address current and future needs.
• Ensure production output and product release with continuous improvement of performance as well as delivering excellent results.
• Secure quality and compliance of product and process. Assist in further development of LEAN production.
• Set objectives and targets to realize productivity and cost optimizations.
