Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Domain Architect for Retail and E-commerce to shape architectural strategy and lead cross-functional teams in implementing scalable retail and e-commerce solutions.

You will collaborate with Engineering leadership, mentor architects, and drive governance to ensure alignment with business goals. This role is based at Pandora's Digital & Technology Hub in Copenhagen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of designing and implementing scalable retail and e-commerce systems.
• Proven leadership skills, with experience managing teams of 5-10.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and cloud-based solutions like Azure.
• Familiarity with Order Management Systems and retail POS platforms.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Evaluate and recommend technologies that enhance performance, security, and scalability.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive implementation of architectural solutions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
