Are you ready to take analytical project leadership to the next level and make a direct impact on early- and late-stage drug development projects? We are looking for experienced Analytical Project Managers to join the CMC Analytical Project Office and strengthen our diverse development portfolio across drug substances, injectable and oral drug product development. In this role, you will combine project management expertise with strong analytical development insight to set direction, drive alignment and lead cross-functional collaboration across technology platforms, molecule types and project phases.
We are looking for one candidate with a small molecule background and one with experience in proteins/peptides and/or synthetic peptides. This is an opportunity to work at the center of Chemistry, Manufacturing & Control (CMC) Development, influencing analytical strategies for a broad and scientifically diverse pipeline.
You will be a member of the CMC Project Core Team, where you will set direction for analytical development activities within your area of expertise, drive alignment across stakeholders and ensure timely, high-quality deliveries across complex development projects. For each project, you will be supported by a sub-team of subject matter experts in our area.
You will interact with a wide variety of stakeholders such as analytical departments, other CMC project managers, Research, pilot plants, Global Manufacturing & Supply, Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs.

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 742.600 to 1.091.600, corresponding to the level of the position. The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
