Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, engineering, or related.
• Proven leadership experience developing teams in analytical science.
• Strong stakeholder management across CMC, Quality, Regulatory Affairs and Manufacturing.
• Experience in regulated environments with quality, compliance and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical development activities across Lundbeck’s small-molecule portfolio.
• Develop and mentor a team of analytical scientists and technicians.
• Collaborate with CMC, Quality, Regulatory Affairs and Manufacturing to enable drug development.
• Drive high scientific quality and timely project delivery.
