Job summary

Grundfos GmbH in Denmark is seeking a Lead M&A Specialist to own high-impact transactions from LOI to signing, coordinating cross-functional teams and advisers worldwide. You will shape growth as a global water technology leader and drive deal execution across regions.

The role requires a master’s in economics/finance or engineering with an MBA, 2–5 years in corporate M&A or related fields, and strong analytical and communication skills in English. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

Master's degree in economics, finance, business, commercial, or engineering with MBA.
2–5 years of experience in corporate M&A, investment banking, or similar.
Strong analytical and valuation capabilities with attention to detail.
Advanced communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Execute M&A transactions from LOI through due diligence, negotiations, and closing.
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and align internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare and quality-assure decision materials for Executive Management and advisers.
Conduct valuations, financial analyses, and assessments of potential targets.
Challenge and validate deal hypotheses and key assumptions.
Drive M&A improvements and strengthen Grundfos's processes.
