Job summary

Grundfos seeks a Lead M&A Specialist to own end-to-end M&A deals in a global water technology context. Based in Bjerringbro, Denmark, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive valuations, due diligence, negotiations, and signing while engaging executives and external advisers.

You will bring 2-5 years of M&A experience, strong analytical skills, and an MBA or related master''s degree. This hybrid role offers growth and global exposure.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in corporate M&A, investment banking, transaction advisory, private equity, or similar
• Strong analytical and valuation capabilities with excellent attention to detail
• Advanced communication skills and fluent English

Responsibilities

• Execute M&A transactions end-to-end from LOI to closing, including integration planning
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and align stakeholders during deal lifecycle
• Prepare and quality-assure decision materials for executives and external parties
• Conduct valuations, financial analyses, and assessments of potential targets
• Challenge and validate deal hypotheses and key assumptions
• Drive process improvements in M&A activities and processes
