Job summary

Accenture Nordics is seeking a Contracting Counsel Manager in Copenhagen to join its Corporate Growth Functions team. You will provide legal, commercial, and contracting support for complex technology and services transactions, focusing on digital, cloud, and emerging technologies.

Requirements include a JD or equivalent, 4+ years of transactional experience, IP and data privacy negotiation skills, and full professional proficiency in Danish. The role is full-time and based in Copenhagen.

Qualifications

• JD or equivalent and licensed to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.
• Minimum 4 years of transactional legal experience in a law firm or in-house legal team.
• Experience negotiating intellectual property and data privacy issues.
• Danish language proficiency at full professional level.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial and technology agreements (MSAs, SOWs, SaaS, licensing, outsourcing, data contracts).
• Support contract transactions involving digital, cloud, systems integration, and evolving technologies.
• Advise internal stakeholders on legal, contractual, and risk considerations.
• Structure and negotiate deals to align legal risk with business objectives.
• Collaborate with senior legal professionals on more complex matters.
