Novo Nordisk Engineering (NNE) is seeking a Senior Lean Consultant to lead Lean transformation within the Project Excellence department. You will partner with project leaders to drive performance improvements and build Lean capabilities across critical initiatives.

The role is focused on hands-on facilitation, leadership coaching and structured problem solving, ensuring improvements translate into lasting business impact.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading Lean transformations in large organisations.
• Proven ability to train Lean tools and principles across teams.
• Strong problem-solving and structured thinking using Lean methods.
• Skilled at partnering with senior leaders on performance improvements.

Responsabilités

• Set direction for continuous improvement initiatives in Project Excellence.
• Build Lean capabilities and embed structured problem solving across projects.
• Design and deliver training in Lean tools, principles and ways of working.
• Coach leaders and teams to strengthen performance management and Lean leadership behaviours.
