As a Senior Lean Consultant, you will work closely with project organisations and leaders to set direction for improvement initiatives, build Lean capabilities and drive performance.
At the same time, you will take an active, hands‑on role in facilitating problem‑solving and implementing improvements on our most critical projects, ensuring that ideas translate into real impact.
This role offers a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of leadership, Lean transformation, and project execution, contributing to building a strong and sustainable performance and improvement culture across NNE.

We do not expect you to know it all from day one, and we truly believe a great start makes a real difference. We therefore welcome new colleagues with our award‑nominated onboarding programme, supported by a range of in‑house talent and development initiatives designed to support your long‑term growth.
