We are looking for a Senior Lead Finance Business Partner to become the trusted finance partner to our Global Category organisation. You will join the Business Finance organisation supporting Danish Crown Foods and work closely with Global Category Leadership. As a strategic advisor, you will bring financial insights to key decisions, challenge assumptions, and help transform category ambitions into measurable business outcomes.

As Danish Crown continues its transformation into a more globally category-led organisation, you will play a central role in shaping both the category agenda and the future of Finance Business Partnering across the business.

Your Responsibilities

As our Senior Lead, Finance Business Partner, you will:

• Serve as a trusted Finance Business Partner to Global Category Leadership, providing strategic counsel and financial insight to support key business decisions


• Translate category strategies into financial ambitions, investment priorities, and value creation roadmaps


• Drive and influence category performance across growth, pricing, portfolio mix, margin, and profitability


• Identify business risks and opportunities and provide informed recommendations that support sustainable value creation


• Partner with category leaders on strategic and tactical pricing and revenue growth management, ensuring commercial decisions create long-term value


• Provide financial leadership on portfolio optimization, complexity reduction, and product lifecycle management

• Own the financial planning and forecasting process for Global Categories, connecting strategic priorities with financial outcomes

• Partner closely with Sales, Operations, FP&A, and Production Finance to ensure end-to-end category economics are reflected in decision-making


• Contribute to the continued development of Finance Business Partnering capabilities, tools, and ways of working across Danish Crown Foods

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner who combines strong financial expertise with commercial understanding and enjoys partnering with senior leaders to shape business direction and create value.

You bring a strategic mindset and are comfortable navigating complexity, ambiguity, and change. You enjoy turning insights into recommendations and collaborating across functions to drive meaningful business outcomes.

Experience within FMCG, retail, consumer goods, category management, commercial finance, or similarly commercially driven environments will be an advantage. Most importantly, you understand how commercial and financial decisions work together to create sustainable growth and profitability.

You likely bring:

• A Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline


• Significant experience within Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance, Category Finance, FP&A, Strategy, or a related area


• Experience supporting senior stakeholders with strategic decision-making and performance management


• Strong understanding of category economics, pricing, profitability, and value creation drivers


• Experience evaluating innovation initiatives, investment opportunities, and commercial business cases


• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities combined with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly


• The ability to influence, collaborate, and build trusted relationships across functions and organizational levels


• A structured and proactive approach with a focus on delivering business impact
  
• Fluency in English; Danish is considered an advantage
