You’ll be part of the Enterprise Architecture team where you, together with your colleagues, will set strategic architecture direction and support decisions across applications, platforms, data, and technology. You’ll work closely with a group of experienced enterprise and infrastructure architects, senior business and technology stakeholders, and specialists across Ørsted. You’re driven by solving hard problems across many stakeholders and delivering tangible results beyond PowerPoint. The position is based in Gentofte and includes regular office collaboration.

You’ll play an important role in:

• developing and driving technology strategies, target architectures, and roadmaps for selected strategic domains
• assessing current capabilities, business needs, market developments, and technology trends to define practical paths from the current to the target state
• facilitating workshops and architecture decision forums and preparing clear decision papers, standards, principles, and reference architectures
• leading market analyses, vendor and product assessments, proofs of concept, and recommendations for new applications, platforms, and technologies
• partnering with senior business and technology stakeholders to guide investment decisions and build support through strong analysis and credible advice
• collaborating with enterprise, solution, application, infrastructure, security, and data architects to ensure alignment, reuse, and sustainable technology choices.

To succeed in the role, you:

• bring deep experience in enterprise architecture, technology strategy, digital transformation, or technology management consulting within a large or complex organisation

• have a strong record of creating technology strategies, target architectures, and roadmaps that drive business value
• understand a broad technology landscape, including cloud, data, AI, integration, and major enterprise platforms, and can evaluate trade-offs across domains

• combine business insight with structured analysis and can translate complex requirements into clear, actionable recommendations

• communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, facilitate decisions, and build influence through expertise, evidence, and collaboration

• manage complexity, take action, and ensure accountability while working constructively with colleagues across disciplines and organisational boundaries.
