COWI A/S is seeking a Lead Architectural Project Manager to drive data centre projects from concept to implementation. You will engage with clients and lead multidisciplinary design teams to ensure project success.
The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in project management or architecture, along with experience in large-scale, mission-critical facilities. Proficiency in English is essential.

Therefore, we are looking for a Lead Architectural Project Manager to join us. In this role, you will work closely with clients, colleagues, and partners to shape and deliver data centre projects from early concept through to design and implementation. From day one, you will engage directly with clients - leading meetings, guiding decision‑making, and driving the delivery of CSA disciplines across projects. You will translate global concepts into locally compliant solutions while structuring teams and workflows to ensure efficient execution.
As Lead Architectural Project Manager you will provide overall design leadership. You will align client requirements, technical disciplines and operational priorities, and help teams navigate complexity without losing sight of what creates value - throughout all project phases from concept to handover.
