Job summary

GlobalConnect is seeking an experienced project manager to support a Nordic transformation program and new IT landscape across Denmark, Sweden and Norway. You will translate vision into actionable processes, design end-to-end workflows, and lead automation initiatives with stakeholders from IT, Finance and Commercial.

The role requires 2-5 years in project management, strong requirements gathering, and fluency in English plus a Scandinavian language.

Qualifications

2-5 years of project management experience with delivery of process design, IT transformation or automation initiatives.
Experience translating operational needs into user journeys and acceptance criteria.
Understanding IT landscapes, system integrations and data flows.

Responsibilities

Map and redesign end-to-end processes across sales, order, design, planning, establishment and delivery.
Create a prioritized roadmap of automation opportunities across Denmark, Sweden and Norway.
Document future-state processes and requirements as a source of truth for Business and IT.
Translate operational needs into business requirements, user journeys and acceptance criteria with IT.
Build business cases and evaluate opportunities by impact on capacity, cost, quality and lead time.
Own the business side of testing, UAT and implementation to realize measurable benefits.
