Job summary

Accuro ApS is seeking an experienced IT/OT Project Manager to lead a large-scale migration across design, build, test, deployment and handover phases. You’ll drive roadmaps, cutover plans and operational handover while coordinating architects, engineers, Product Owners and vendors.

You will manage scope, milestones, budgets and risks in a complex enterprise environment, ensuring secure IT/OT integration and adherence to governance.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex IT/OT migrations in enterprise environments.
• Strong stakeholder coordination across architects, engineers, product owners and vendors.
• Ability to translate architecture into executable migration roadmaps, wave plans and cutover activities.
• Proactive, independent delivery with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration from mobilisation to operational handover.
• Co-ordinate workshops, design meetings, and implementation activities.
• Manage scope, milestones, risks, budgets, and decisions.
• Establish a repeatable migration operating model.
