Job summary

Devote Consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant with a specialty in Organizational Change Management (OCM) to drive process improvements and system rollouts in Life Sciences R&D, clinical operations, and regulatory affairs.

You will lead projects as a specialist, project manager or business analyst, collaborating with clients to foster meaningful change in pharma. Strong OCM experience and ADKAR/PROSCI exposure are valued.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration, IT, life sciences or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience as a consultant, business analyst, project manager or change lead in regulated industries.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with impact-driven mindset.
• Experience creating OCM strategies and executing stakeholder management, training and communications.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver changes in life sciences focusing on processes, data and systems within R&D, clinical operations and regulatory affairs.
• Design and optimize business workflows for improved efficiency.
• Lead planning, change management and foster inclusive stakeholder engagement at all levels.
• Ensure project progress and maintain high-quality OCM materials and strategies.
