Marsh McLennan in Copenhagen is seeking a Senior Client Executive within Insurance to join our Risk Management team. You will manage a portfolio of complex, international clients, translating client insights into tailored risk solutions and working with specialist teams to deliver results.

The role requires fluency in Danish and English, a strong track record in insurance or risk advisory, and a commercially minded approach to client advisory and new business opportunities.

Qualificações

• Solid track record in insurance, risk advisory or brokerage.
• Fluent in Danish and English, written and spoken.
• Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience winning new business and negotiating renewals/placements.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow a portfolio of international clients with retention and growth.
• Represent Marsh at industry events and expand the network.
• Identify and assess risks, recommending mitigation strategies.
• Lead renewal and placement strategies and present to clients and insurers.
• Work with client businesses to understand needs and coordinate with specialist teams.
• Pursue new business in target segments and actively develop opportunities.
