Job summary

The role requires senior stakeholder confidence and strong delivery judgment, with some travel expected. You will lead high-stakes initiatives and provide functional leadership to other project managers.

Qualifications

• Significant experience setting project management standards and improving delivery maturity.
• Experience acting as functional lead for project managers and coaching teams.
• Ability to lead as project manager for high-stakes initiatives.
• Hands-on financial management including budgeting, forecasting and variance management.
• Experience with platform planning, lifecycle roadmaps and costing.
• Experience with annual budgeting and enterprise budget cycles.
• Experience with infrastructure platforms and large-scale technology services.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain deployment project management standards with governance and reporting.
• Coach and challenge project managers on delivery discipline and stakeholder management.
• Own standard reporting for deployment project portfolio and senior governance inputs.
• Drive platform planning, including 5-year costed lifecycle roadmap and budgeting.
• Lead senior project governance with risk, RAID and SteerCo materials.
