Job summary

Novo Nordisk, a global healthcare leader in aseptic manufacturing, seeks an Adv. Utilities Professional - HVAC Supporter to drive projects ensuring dependable, compliant utility systems at Bagsværd.

You will work within the Facility/Utility Projects team on system modifications, commissioning and optimization while coordinating with suppliers and stakeholders. The role requires strong HVAC knowledge, good Danish/English communication, and a proactive approach in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Strong technical understanding of HVAC and building services.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute HVAC projects focusing on system modifications, commissioning, troubleshooting and optimization.
• Prepare validation documentation to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders and contractors.
• Collaborate with experienced colleagues to deliver reliable solutions.
• Supervise project implementations during bi-annual factory production stops.
• Contribute to long-term improvements of critical utility systems.
