Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or another relevant technical discipline.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, operation, maintenance and optimization.
• Strong communication in Danish and English within an international environment.
• Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach – you take ownership of tasks and are motivated by improving processes and ensuring stable, reliable operation of critical systems.
• Experience from pharmaceutical industry or similarly regulated production is advantageous; GMP, validation, LEAN, risk assessments, change control, technical documentation, cleanroom environments, and critical utility systems knowledge are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute HVAC projects focusing on system modifications, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Prepare validation documentation to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and contractors across the organization.
• Collaborate with experienced colleagues to deliver reliable solutions.
• Supervise project implementation during bi-annual factory production stops, with flexibility during these periods.
• Contribute to continuous improvements and equipment optimizations for long-term performance of critical utility systems.
