Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking an Adv. Utilities Professional - HVAC Supporter to drive HVAC projects and maintain critical utility systems in our aseptic manufacturing facility in Denmark.

You will work with a cross-functional team to modify and optimize systems, prepare validation documentation, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and reliability. The role emphasizes collaboration with experienced colleagues, flexibility during bi-annual plant stops, and a proactive approach to

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/Marine/Building Services Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, operation, maintenance and optimization.
• Strong Danish and English communication in an international setting.
• Proactive, structured, solution-oriented approach; ownership of tasks and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute HVAC projects with focus on system modifications, commissioning and optimization.
• Prepare validation documentation to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders and contractors.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver reliable solutions.
• Supervise project implementation during bi-annual factory production stops (July/Aug and Dec/Jan).
• Contribute to continuous equipment improvements and utility system performance.
