Siemens Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead substation engineering for onshore/offshore projects and PtX initiatives. You will guide bids through execution to warranty, coordinating with sales, PM, procurement and international units.

You will manage diagrams, drawings, installation planning, supplier onboarding, and QA across HV substations while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a global setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) with 5+ years of experience in high voltage substation design and engineering.
• Broad knowledge within substations subsystems: AIS, GIS, oil-filled components, compensation systems, HV/MV cables and terminations, auxiliary systems, civil works.
• Experience working under Danish legislation 1608; site practices as Ar~bejdsleder or similar role.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity in projects.
• Understanding interfaces and design flow between sub-systems and breaking down design work for planning.
• Project- and customer-focused with strong written and oral communication for collaboration with technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Proven supplier management skills.
• Fluent English; Danish language is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate overall single-line diagram and substation layouts with the 3D team.
• Coordinate all electrotechnical drawings for the scope.
• Input to and plan installation and commissioning phases.
• Support Procurement in supplier selection and onboarding.
• Work closely with project managers and other specialists.
• Coordinate technical procurement of materials for substations.
• Execute QA of suppliers’ deliverables.
• Coordinate civil design input with civil partners.
