Semco Maritime seeks a Senior High Voltage Engineer with strong GIS expertise to shape offshore substation products and tender responses. You will translate customer requirements into robust, scalable offerings and collaborate with suppliers and project teams.

You will drive technical decisions, develop the GIS product roadmap, and help standardize modular solutions. Experience with 66 kV and 230/275 kV GIS, offshore substations, and SF6-free technology will be advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• Hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Extensive experience with medium- and high-voltage GIS systems (66 kV, 230/275 kV).
• Experience with offshore GIS applications and SF6-free switchgear is an advantage.
• Ability to translate customer and market needs into scalable product offerings.
• Strong English communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Support tender activities by defining and evaluating 66 kV and 230/275 kV GIS solutions.
• Translate customer needs, market trends, and supplier capabilities into competitive product offerings.
• Optimize solutions with respect to performance, reliability, footprint, cost, and lead time.
• Develop and maintain the GIS product roadmap in line with future market requirements and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with Procurement and strategic suppliers to strengthen competitiveness and drive cost optimization.
• Contribute to the standardization and modularization of our GIS product portfolio.
• Ensure a seamless handover of as-sold solutions to our EPC engineering teams.
